Commission Notice
The brokerage agreement with SIK Immobilienkontor GmbH is concluded through confirmation of the utilization of our brokerage services in text form. This is generally done by signing a buyer broker agreement and/or confirming a property exposé. The commission is based on the statutory regulations regarding the division of brokerage fees, which have been in effect since December 23, 2020. According to these regulations, the commission is split equally between the seller and the buyer. The claim to the commission arises and becomes due upon the conclusion of the notarized purchase agreement. Should the statutory value-added tax rate change, the amount of the commission will be adjusted accordingly. The buyer will bear the real estate transfer tax, notary and court fees, as well as other incidental purchase costs. All information regarding the property is based on information provided to us by the client. We assume no liability for its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Prior sale is reserved. If the interested party is already aware of the property presented by us, this must be communicated to us immediately. Passing on this exposé to third parties without our consent may result in claims for commission and, if applicable, damages.
