Cancellation policy for consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

inform you by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of cancellation online via the cancellation function provided in the footer of our website under „Revoke contract“. The cancellation function is permanently available in the footer of our website and after the online conclusion of the broker agreement on the respective exposé page. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Notice of premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a service contract that obligates you to pay a price, your right of withdrawal expires upon the complete performance of the service, if you have given your express consent before the start of performance, and simultaneously acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the complete performance of the contract by the trader.

• have expressly consented to our beginning to perform the service before the expiration of the cancellation period, and
• Your confirmation that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
