We are looking for Real Estate Professionals who can win and manage sophisticated mandates – as an independent partner on a commission basis or as a permanent employee with profit sharing. We will discuss together which model suits you.
Your tasks
- Securing and brokering high-end listings—from townhouses along the Alster to villas in Blankenese
- Discreetly and long-term client care for property owners, from the initial consultation to the notary appointment.
- Off-market listings within the international network of Sotheby's International Realty
- Estimate market values and develop marketing strategies
- Maintain your Hamburg network and represent Hamburg Sotheby's International Realty externally
What you bring
- Several years of experience in the premium real estate segment, ideally in Hamburg
- A robust network of property owners and market participants
- A sovereign, Hanseaticly reserved personality and independent work style
- Excellent English skills for international buyers
- Desirable: Proof of expertise according to § 34c GewO or a degree in real estate management

As a Content Creator at Hamburg Sotheby's International Realty, you skillfully showcase exceptional properties and one of the world's most prestigious real estate brands. With your flair for aesthetics, storytelling, and high-quality brand communication, you create content that inspires and authentically conveys the values of Sotheby's.
Your tasks
- Development and implementation of content for social media, website, and other marketing channels
- Concept, production, and editing of high-quality photo and video content
- Management and further development of the presence on Instagram and other platforms
- Creation of editorial plans and management of the content calendar
- Ensuring consistent imagery and brand language across all channels
Your Profile
- Experience in content production, ideally in the premium, lifestyle, or real estate sector
- Strong sense of visual language, design, and aesthetics
- Safe use of photo, video, and social media tools
- Excellent feel for the German language, English is a plus
- Creative, independent, and reliable work approach
